Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.
Accepted Payment Methods Authorisation and Security
We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure third party gateways. Payment is authorised at the time of order and funds are transferred immediately upon successful authorisation. All transactions are protected by industry standard encryption and comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
Upon successful payment you will receive an email confirmation containing order details and access instructions. A binding contract is formed when we send this confirmation. Until then no contract exists and we reserve the right to decline any order.
Cancellation Rights and Applicable Periods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of confirmation during which you may cancel without giving a reason. For digital content the right to cancel ends once you begin downloading or streaming the material. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but no partial refunds are provided for unused periods after the cooling off window.
Refund Eligibility Exclusions and Non Refundable Items
Refunds are available within the cooling off period provided no substantial content has been accessed. Non refundable items include completed courses promotional bundles and any services already performed. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after the cooling off period or for failure to meet technical requirements on your side.
Procedure to Request a Refund
To request a refund contact us via the form on our Contacts page or email [email protected]. Provide your order number full name and reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within two working days and may ask for further information.
Inspection Approval Rejection and Notification
Our team will review each request within five working days. You will be notified by email of the decision. If approved the refund will be processed. If rejected we will explain the reason and offer any applicable alternatives such as course credit where appropriate.
Refund Method Processing Time and Receipt of Funds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes five to ten working days although your bank may require additional time. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Special Rules for Digital Content Subscriptions Services and Promotional Offers
Digital courses are delivered immediately upon payment so the cooling off period ends upon access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and refunds may be limited to the promotional price paid. Services such as live workshops are non refundable once scheduled.
